I flew on Sunday and Tuesday night. On both nights I spent some time talking to parents before and after I flew to find out when the field was clear and to try and build a better relationship with them. Unfortunately I had to spend time apologizing for other pilots who had landed on the field while their kids were playing. The parents - all of them - know that we are not supposed to be landing on the field, so don't. They are ok if we land on the bank or lower field but (obviously) don't go straifing the game on approach. If you are from out of town please respect our site and our rules (including flying tandems) and be aware of the issues before you fly.
